SchoolFee is a platform that helps schools manage fees, admissions, academics, and daily operations. Parents can pay fees and view their children's information online.
Log in to your school's portal (e.g. yourschool.schoolmn.com) with your parent account. Go to Payments to see the balance and payment options. You can pay via mobile money, bank, or as arranged with the school.
Use the School Registration form on our website. After you submit, the platform team will review your request and contact you. Once approved, you will receive login details and can start managing your school.
Yes. Parents with an account can view academic reports, attendance, and other information for their children from the parent dashboard after logging in.
Use the Contact Us page on the website, or reach out to your school's administrator. For platform or billing questions, contact the platform support email provided when your school was registered.
Yes. A mobile app is available for parents. Once your school is on the platform and your parent account is created, you can access your details either in a web browser or through the mobile app. The app is available for both iOS and Android.
Schools pay a small percentage of collected fees to the platform. Details are in your Terms and the platform billing section once your school is registered.
